For purchases and website interactions handled through this site, the controller is Skylar SRL, operating as Caryina. Registered office: Via Guglielmo Marconi, 358, 84017, Positano, Salerno, Italy. Operating address: Via Guglielmo Marconi, 358, 84017, Positano, Salerno, Italy. VAT number: 05476940654.

Privacy and data-rights requests can be sent to support@caryina.com, through the Support page contact route, or by replying to an order-related email. Please include enough information to identify your request and the order or email address concerned.

If Caryina appoints a separate privacy representative, this notice should be updated with that representative's identity and contact details.

Depending on how you use the site, Caryina may collect contact details, delivery details, billing details, order contents, payment status data supplied by payment providers, customer-service correspondence, and technical usage data such as device, browser, IP-derived location, and analytics events.

If you ask to be notified when a product or delivery market becomes available, Caryina may also collect your email address together with the relevant product or requested country, language, and consent record.

Caryina uses personal data to perform the contract with you, including taking payment, shipping orders, handling exchange or faulty-item requests, and providing customer support.

Caryina also uses personal data where necessary for legitimate interests, such as keeping the website secure, preventing abuse or fraud, and understanding service issues from order, support, and operational reporting data, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Optional analytics cookies and similar device-level measurement are activated only if you consent. If you consent, Caryina may then use the resulting analytics reports to understand visits, page usage, and conversion behavior. Product-reminder messages also rely on consent where required.

Caryina may also process data where needed to comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, or other legal obligations.

Caryina may share relevant personal data with payment processors, hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics providers, delivery and customs partners, customer-support tools, professional advisers, and public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

Caryina does not sell personal data as a standalone business model. Service providers may process data only on Caryina's instructions or under their own legal responsibilities for services such as payments and regulated delivery handling.

Some service providers used to run the website or process payments may process personal data outside the EEA. Where that happens, Caryina relies on an adequacy decision or on contractual safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You can ask Caryina for more information about the safeguard used for a relevant transfer, subject to confidentiality obligations owed to service providers.

Caryina keeps order, payment, invoicing, and accounting records for the period needed for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and consumer-law compliance. Support correspondence and dispute records are kept for as long as needed to handle the issue and any related follow-up claim. Product and delivery-market notification requests are kept until they are fulfilled, withdrawn, expire, or are no longer needed for the relevant launch period.

Analytics records are kept according to the retention settings applied to the analytics provider and may be deleted earlier where feasible. Caryina may keep data longer where a legal obligation, unresolved dispute, or fraud-prevention need requires it.

The website uses essential technologies needed for core operation, such as cart and checkout continuity. Where non-essential analytics are used, Caryina asks for consent through the site's consent controls before activating them.

Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to be informed, access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, erase data, restrict processing, object to processing, and receive portable copies of certain data.

Where Caryina relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. For analytics cookies, you can do this through the cookie controls on the site or your browser settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before the withdrawal.

Where Caryina relies on legitimate interests, you may object to that processing and Caryina will reconsider whether it has overriding grounds to continue.

Caryina does not currently use solely automated decisions to make legally significant decisions about ordinary retail customers.

• Italy: you may complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

When you place an order, Caryina needs the personal data required to identify you, take payment, deliver the goods, and communicate about the order. If you do not provide the mandatory checkout data, Caryina cannot accept or fulfil the order.

Providing customer-service details, optional analytics consent, and optional product-notification requests is voluntary. If you do not provide them, Caryina will still process the rest of your request where possible but may not be able to provide the optional service concerned.
